Carrie Underwood's book Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong With the Fit52 Life is selling like hotcakes! It is a New York Times best-seller just one week after its release. The book took its place at number-two on the Advice, How-To & Miscellaneous list.
The book hit number-one on Amazon during its first week as well.

The ACM Awards, scheduled for April 5th in Las Vegas, has been postponed. 
They are working to reschedule the event for September. The exact date and location is to be determined.

Patience is the best remedy for every trouble. 

Cooking at home is our reality these days and over the weekend I pulled out a family favorite recipe- Cabbage, Noodle and Kielbasa.

There really isn't a set recipe that I follow. I just throw the ingredients in a pan and hope for the best. It is comfort food at its best. So here goes.

I cut up a medium head of cabbage, put it in a large frying pan with a stick of butter- yep an entire stick. Butter is better! I usually cook this a medium heat.

Then I start adding the seasonings and such. Salt, pepper, garlic, the onions, garlic powder, onion powder. Whatever you have or prefer. A shake here, a dabble there. To taste, if you will. In another pot, as the cabbage is cooking down and getting softer, I cook the noodles. Most of the time I use egg noodles, in this case I used my red lentil noodles because they have less carbs. Still really good!

Save the noodles for last! As the cabbage is still cooking, I cut up the kielbase into silver dollar pieces and add them to the cabbage to cook. Then at the very end I add in the noodles to get everything simmering together. I cook it for a bit longer all together and once everything looks all coated in the seasonings and butter mixture and the cabbage is to your liking- you get to enjoy!

Kenny Chesney postpones some tour dates...
Travis Tritt to make a new album...

Kenny Chesney is the latest artist to postpone spring dates. All shows from his Chillaxification tour's kickoff on April 18th in Arlington, Texas through the May 28th show at Blossom will be rescheduled. 
He says, “Nobody wants to get out there for these shows more than I do. We’ve started rehearsals, everything is loaded in, and the band sounds great. Music is medicine when your soul or your heart need healing, but I don’t want my music to put anyone at risk."
We will keep you posted on that rescheduled date as soon as it is known.

Travis Tritt signed a new record deal and he has plans for a brand new album. His last studio album was in 2007 and he is touring with Lynyrd Skynyrd and Brooks & Dunn throughout this year.

This is still a Non Peep Show however; I will say those little chicks and bunnies are quite cute and asthetically pleasing. I like looking at them, not eating them. They are colorful, super cute, but still- ew!

It has come to my attention that you can now buy Peeps costumes for your dog. I think this is adorable- as long as your dog is for it! And, yes- there are Peeps costumes for people! Be on the look out for me in a that costume! Ha!
