Today was my first show of the New Year after taking some vacation days. It's been 11 days to be exact! I remembered how to do everything, push the right buttons, all my passwords and called everyone by their correct names! Haha, just kidding, I wouldn't forget my co-workers names!
Introducing Our Gingerbread Village!
This weekend we made time for another favorite holiday tradition, building and decorating a gingerbread house. Instead of one house, I found a kit that had four houses, a whole village! Now we just need a Mayor.

Nate Covers Nirvana
Nate Smith recently covered "Chasing Cars" from Snow Patrol, and now he has a new cover that he has been performing at shows. Nirvana's "Heart Shaped Box". He said in an Instagram post 3 days ago that his all time favorite band will always be Nirvana. Yesterday, he posted a video of him performing the song in Seattle, which as we all know, is where Nirvana originated. So cool!
Fingers crossed he will perform this one at The Country Fest on Thursday, June 13th!

Brad's Song For Kimberly
Brad Paisley made an appearance last night on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where he sang "Son of the Mountains". He also sang another special song, one he wrote for his wedding. It's pretty real and honest and special, watch the performance in the segment below.
Miranda Lambert's Final Vegas Dates
Miranda Lambert has announced that she'll wrap her Las Vegas residency next April. Miranda Lambert: Velvet Rodeo The Las Vegas Residency in the Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood will host the country star for nine shows in March and April with tickets going on sale to the fan club on December 5th and to the general public on December 8th.
