The 2020 Country Grammy nominees were announced…

The nominees for the 2020 Grammy Awards were announced and the country nominees have some surprises and some that were expected. In the Best Country Solo Performance category some nominees include Ashley McBryde, Willie Nelson, Blake Shelton and Tanya Tucker.
The Best Country Duo/Group Performance category includes Brooks and Dunn's duet with Luke Combs, "Brand New Man," and Maren Morris's tune with Brand Carlile called "Common" - they are going up against Brothers Osborne, Dan and Shay and Little Big Town.
Thomas Rhett received a Best Country Album nomination that surprised even him. Eric Church is also nominated in that category, as well as in Best Country Song, that see’s Miranda Lambert with a nod. And the ladies dominate the rest of the Best Country Album category with Reba McEntire, Pistol Annies and Tanya Tucker.
Tanya Tucker is the front runner with four nominations. Ashley McBryde, Dan and Shay and Eric Church each received a pair of nominations.

Today is Stuffing Day! Stuffing is by far my favorite part of the Thanksgiving meal. It is good the day of, the day after, the next day, a week later, hot, cold, room temp, you get it.

With all the being said, when you talk about stuffing you have to talk about the debate: is it stuffing or dressing?

There is no doubt in my mind we eat stuffing because we stuff it in the turkey. Dressing is cooked in a separate pan outside of the turkey. Debate over. No?

What? Is this a regional thing like pop and soda? Ok, fine. Do southerns dress their turkeys because it sounds fancy and us northerners stuff it? Let me also mention the delicious in a pinch product Stove Top STUFFING. It is not called Stove Top Dressing. Just saying.

Well, what ever the case- every day is STUFFING DAY to me and I am gonna stuff myself silly one week from today! Gobble, gobble.

The taping takes place November 26th. No word yet on an airdate. 

Jordan Davis and his wife Kristen welcomed their first child, a daughter named Eloise Larkin over the weekend.
Jordan said, "We are overjoyed with the addition of our baby girl. Momma and baby are healthy as can be and we have a lot to be thankful for this holiday season."
