No act of kindness, however small, is ever wasted.

Today is the start of Tree of Lights! I love this time of year. Christmas is in the air. This is a time for giving and we would love for you to be a part of this year’s festivities.

This year we have a new beneficiary- NEOPAT (Northeast Ohio Foundation for Patriotism). They assist military veterans, personnel and their families in northeast Ohio. They help with assistance from housing to the holidays to scholarships to everything! They do amazing things for people who do and did amazing things for us and our country.

You can donate now with us on air til the lobby opens at 9am. Then you can donate in person at the WQMX Studios, 1795 W Market St until 7pm tonight and again tomorrow from 9am-7pm and you can always do it online at neopat.com.

We will all be around the next two days, the reindeer are coming this afternoon, Santa and Mrs. Claus are coming tomorrow. We really hope to see you and let's raise a bunch of money for NEOPAT and light up this tree and star!

Chris Young’s CMT Crossroads has an airdate…

Congratulations go out to Luke Combs and Carly Pearce as they were named to Forbes magazine's prestigious 30 Under 30 list for 2019.
Forbes calls Luke one of the most "bankable young stars in the music business," noting that he grosses an average quarter-million-dollars per tour stop. And it notes that Carly has "toured with country legends like Blake Shelton, Rascal Flatts and Lady Antebellum, and collaborated with fellow Class of 2020 honoree Luke Combs.

The edition of CMT Crossroads with Chris Young and Gavin DeGraw will premiere on December 13th
The one-hour special has the guys collaborating on each other's biggest hits, including Chris's "I'm Comin' Over," "Hangin' On," "Raised on Country," and "Drowning," and Gavin's "I Don't Want to Be," "Not Over You," "Soldier" and "Sweeter."

Last night, we had a great time FUNdraising at Missing Mountain in the Falls for NEOPAT and the WQMX Tree of Lights campaign. This is only the beginning! Our Tree of Lights campaign officially kicks off tomorrow- on air with me and Scott in the morning and then in the lobby of the WQMX Studios at 9am!

You can donate in person or online at neopat.org. This is such a worthwhile cause. They assist military personnel and their families in need in northeast Ohio and Akron. This time of year you can know that your money is helping families at Christmas.

As always, while you are out shopping this weekend, out to lunch, whatever the case, swing on by and say hi and make a donation. We would love to see you. Let's light up this tree by Saturday night!!

Reba and Brooks & Dunn staying in Vegas…
Jason Aldean’s album is at #1…

Reba McEntire and Brooks & Dunn have extended their Las Vegas residency—Reba, Brooks & Dunn: Together in Vegas—with 24 new dates at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in 2020. The dates start in April and continue in June, October and December. Their residency began in June of 2015 and they have played more than 85 shows with more dates happening this month.
Tickets for the new dates go on sale Friday.

Jason Aldean’s ninth studio album, named 9, debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart this week.
The album also debuted at No. 2 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart. 9 marks Jason’s sixth consecutive album to reach No. 1.
