Michael Ray is talking on The Doctors…

Kelsea Ballerini has turned off the comment feature on her Instagram feed, and the reason is personal. She shared that her feelings would often get hurt by rude comments that people left, but she didn't want to miss connecting with true fans.

Michael Ray will appear on the TV show The Doctors on Friday to talk about heart health. 
He says, “We have so much stress put on us nowadays that more and more young people are dying of heart attacks. We need to spread awareness on this issue and on the symptoms and teach kids how to eat better. There’s a lot we can fix if we know early on.”
Michael recently lost his grandfather and uncle to heart disease.

Crustless Pizza
You will need:
1 package of full fat cream cheese at room temp
2 eggs
¼ tsp of pepper
1 tsp of garlic powder for the crust
¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup pizza sauce
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Your favorite pizza toppings
¼ tsp garlic powder for the top

Instructions:
-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9 baking dish.
-With a handheld mixer, mix together the cream cheese, eggs, spices and Parmesan cheese. Pour and spread into the dish.
-Bake for 12-15 minutes and then let it cool for 10 minutes.
-Spread the pizza sauce on the cooled crust. Top with the cheese and toppings. Sprinkle with the garlic powder.
-Bake for another 8-10 minutes or until the cheese and bubbly and golden brown.
