Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida is now offering a course on Dolly Parton. In the course, students can learn about the country icon’s impact on people’s ability to best relate to each other by studying her music and songwriting.

No Sprout About It, Brussel Sprouts!

Easiest recipe ever!

Cut up as many Brussel sprouts as you want. Place them in a zip lock bag. Pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a dash or two of salt, a clove of garlic, 2-3 tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette and as much of Parmesan cheese as you like.

Zip the bag and shake it up!!!! You can cook them two ways- in the air fryer at 390 degrees fro 10 minutes or in the oven at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Your call. Check on them occasionally so they don't burn.

Congratulations go out to Luke Combs. Luke's "Better Together" remains at number-one for a second week. This is the singer's 10th single and 10th number-one since he released his debut single, "Hurricane," in 2016.

Congratulations go out to Tyler Farr and his wife Hannah. The couple have welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Hollis Caroline. 
Hollis arrived six weeks early and in a post on her Instagram, Hannah said that in spite of their baby girl's unexpected early arrival, she was doing well.

Downtown Canton is about to be poppin! I have heard about the new Canton Centennial Plaza for a while now. It officially opened a few months ago. It is right in the heart of downtown that is intended to be the newest football destination in the football city.

Soon it will feature a restaurant, it has multiple stages, video screens and a space to host events, concerts, tailgates and viewing parties. They have this cool sculpture that looks like a giant football and then this fun Canton sign for photo ops.

This outside plaza is just the beginning for Canton!
