Grilled Cheese, Please!

Written by
It is National Grilled Cheese Day and by far one of my favorite foods is the Grilled Cheese. The bread, the butter, the cheese. Yes, just yes. Whether I am making it at home or going to a restaurant I am always up for one. Every year for as long as I can remember I always have a grilled cheese, a bowl of tomato soup and a dill pickle for my birthday dinner. Even now…

Billboard Love!

Written by
In high school, I loved listening to morning radio and had this epiphany- Hey, I could do that! Fast forward to well, now. Living the dream, waking up and getting to do my absolute dream job every morning. My dad would always tease me that he would be super impressed when he saw me on a billboard or the side of a bus. I’ll work on the bus, but omg we’re on a flippin BILLBOARD!!!…

Happy Unicorn Day!

Written by
It is National Unicorn Day- there is a day for everything! As a child of the 80s and 90s, I grew up with Lisa Frank stickers, folders and more and played with My Little Ponies. I am no stranger to the magical unicorn. In recent years, the unicorn is everywhere from cakes to shirts and beyond. I am not sure what it is about the mystical, magical creature that intrigues us all. Maybe it is…

My Happy Place: Columbia Woodlands

Written by
This past weekend, I had the chance to once again stay at Columbia Woodlands in Dover. If you have never heard of this place or heard me mention it on social media or on air, let me tell again and again this place is INCREDIBLE. This gem is just off of 77 in Dover and features luxury cabins and glamping tents. They call it ‘glamping’ with a touch of rustic elegance, but in fact this…

Kranch, No Thank You!

Written by
Heinz released it's latest sauce creation: Kranch. Ketchup and ranch. Last year, they brought us Mayochup (mayonnaise and ketchup), along with Mayomust (mayonnaise and mustard) and Mayocue (mayonnaise and BBQ sauce). I fully support these sauce, but Kranch is where I have to draw the line. You involve my ranch, I have something to say. Ranch is in my bloodstream. It should be left alone. You use ranch to make things better, so adding ketchup-  just…
