Sometimes you just go with what you know and like, and for me that is a taco salad! I have eaten that for dinner the last two nights.
Simple, delish, and sorta nutritious- right?! Lots of romaine, taco meat, cheese, sour cream, some taco sauce and enjoy! Ok, so I put some tortilla chips on top too, but they were cauliflower chips!!!
So good! Remember the taco salad the next time you are hungry :)
