White Claw Lemon Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken breasts (4) or tenders/cutlets (5-6)
3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup chicken broth
4 tablespoons lemon White Claw
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 teaspoons of minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon of pepper
Preheat the over to 400 degrees and grease a large casserole dish.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Move to casserole dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, lemon White Claw, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
Pour sauce over the chicken and bake for 20-30 minutes (20 minutes for tenders and cutlets, 30 minutes for thicker breasts). Every 5-10, spoon the sauce from the pan over the chicken.
You can garnish with lemon slices if you like.
