Thomas Rhett and Kelsea Ballerini are set to host the CMA Music Fest 2017, which will air this summer on ABC.

Thomas Rhett has a few duets on his new album…
Hunter Hayes is working a new album too…

Thomas Rhett cut 22 songs for his upcoming third album, and one is a duet with Selena Gomez.
He says, “I took all of January and made album three. We cut 22 songs, which is way too many songs, and I think the next few months is going to be singing all those, getting them all mixed and then trying to narrow down which ones are the keepers.”
The first single from the record, “Craving You,” features Maren Morris but Thomas promises it won’t be the only collaboration included on the album. Along with that song is a feature with his father, Rhett Akins, as well as the tune with Selena.

And Hunter Hayes is set to release new music. The untitled album was partially inspired by a past breakup and finds the him experimenting and growing as an artist.
He says, “This record was very much about me leaving some things in the past. Every record should be that, every record should be new, not a recreation of what you’ve done before.”
The album is due out sometime later this year.

Meghan Linsey recovering from a spider bite…
Tim and Faith take about houses and living together…

Meghan Linsey of The Voice and formally of Steel Magnolia is still recovering from a being bitten by a brown recluse spider two months ago.
She woke up with a horrible pain on her cheek before realizing she'd been bitten by one of the most poisonous spiders in North America. Since then, she's experienced muscle spasms, nerve pain and throat problems -- which could have ended her singing career. She says the venom did not affect her singing at all, but it left a hole in her face. She has been visiting a wound care doctor and is seeing great results.
Meghan is working on an album that she hopes to have out this summer.

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill will be on the cover of Architectural Digest this summer. Inside, they'll show off their 17-acre home on a private island in the Bahamas.
The magazine also got them to reveal some of their secrets to successfully living together. A few being: Tim loves his lazy boy recliner and often misses the hamper, while Faith likes the house bright, clean and neat.

You can study Dolly Parton at the University of Tennessee…
Jason Aldean is back at #1…

Students at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville are now able to study Dolly Parton, who grew up not far from the school. Yes, this is for credit.
Honors students in the history department can take a class called "Course-Work: Dolly’s America.” Her memoir, Dolly: My Life will be required reading, along with books about the history of Appalachia.
Dolly seems to be happy about the recognition. She tweeted, “From the girl voted in high school ‘Least Likely to Succeed,’ This sure is a blessing.”

Jason Aldean is busy celebrating this week, after "Any 'Ol Barstool" peaked at the top of the Mediabase Country Airplay chart over the weekend.  Jason is not new to the celebration, this is his 19th #1 single.
