The Academy of Country Music has announced that their annual ACM Honors event will take place in Nashville on August 21st at the Ryman Auditorium. The event celebrates special ACM winners, including songwriters, musicians and industry professionals. More info on that to come.

Martina McBride has signed on to be a judge on a new reality competition series called Second Chance Stage, produced by Chip and Joanna Gaines.
It will give performers of all types an opportunity to pursue their dreams in entertainment and give them a second chance to chase their dreams after putting them on hold for years or even decades.
The show will feature singers, dancers, comedians and more showing off what they can do in front of a live audience and panel of judges. The show will air the Magnolia Network.
