Longtime wine enthusiast Zac Brown has put his name on a line of fine wines. 

Z. Alexander Brown's first vintage, a Cab and Red Blend, is available now. Zac says, "Wine has always fascinated me 

because of its inherent connection to the land and the artistry necessary to craft a distinct and memorable experience."

Zac's website says that the wines, which are crafted on California’s North Coast, are "reflective of the unlimited potential 

that can result from artists with a passion for bringing food, people and a sense of place together through creativity."

 

Dierks Bentley will open his third Whiskey Row bar and restaurant next year. Whiskey Row will have three stages for 

live music, a made-from-scratch menu and more than 50 beers and craft cocktails.

The new location will be on Lower Broadway in Nashville, down the block from the Ryman Auditorium. The two other 

Whiskey Row locations are both in Arizona. The Nashville location is slated to open next year.

Nashville News: Wednesday, 2/3

Cole Swindell will release his sophomore album, You Should Be Here, on May 6th. 

Cole thinks the title track will hit home with all his fans, even though he wrote it about his dad.  

 

Blake Shelton may be walking away with more than just green slime when he hosts Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards 

on March 12th. He could be taking home an orange blimp trophy.

For the second straight year, Blake is nominated for Best Male Singer and is again the only country artist to receive a 

nomination. This year he's up against Drake, Ed Sheeran, Justin Bieber, Nick Jonas and The Weeknd.

 

Nashville News: Tuesday, 2/2

The nominees for the 51st Academy of Country Music Awards are in and Eric Church and Chris Stapleton 

are the front-runners with five nods apiece. Cam, Chris Young and Little Big Town have four nominations each. 

Chris Janson, Miranda Lambert and Thomas Rhett are contenders in three categories.

And WQMX received two nods- one for Medium Market Station of the Year and for Personality of the Year for 

Wynn, Kay and the Morning Crew!

The show, hosted by Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley, airs live from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on 

April 3rd on CBS.

 

Jana Kramer has a lot to celebrate -- a baby and an ACM nomination. She's up for Female Vocalist of the Year. And she and her husband Mike Caussin 

welcomed their daughter Jolie Rae to the world on Sunday. 

 

Luke Bryan scores his 15th number-one on the Mediabase chart this week with the Karen Fairchild collaboration “Home Alone Tonight.” It’s the third number-one from his current album, Kill the Lights.

 

Nashville News: Monday 2/1

Chris Stapleton will join Luke Bryan's Kill the Lights Tour for two stops. He'll hop on for the July 16th show at 

Gillette Stadium in suburban Boston and the October 22nd gig at AT&T Stadium in Dallas. 

Dustin Lynch and Little Big Town are also on the bill.

We get them both on their own separate tour stops at Blossom- Luke for two dates on August 11th and 12th and 

Chris with Hank Williams Jr. on August 19th!

 

Lee Brice will offer some words of advice to Ben Higgins, and perhaps sing a song, on the upcoming episode of 

The Bachelor Live Monday- which airs tonight at 10 on ABC.

Lee says the show is one of his wife Sara's favorites, so he's familiar with what's going on at The Bachelor mansion. 

His Life Off My Years tour kicks off this week in Maryland and stops in Youngstown on April 22nd!
