Two country stars are taking their acts across the pond.
Brett Eldredge will play four shows in the United Kingdom in February. He says, “Getting the chance to perform
for my fans overseas has been a dream of mine... It’s going to be a party like no other!”
And Dierks Bentley, who sold out shows at London's O2 arena last year, has also scheduled four shows in the
United Kingdom in April. He says, “The volume and size of the crowd last year really blew my band and I away, and
we've been talking about coming back ever since we walked offstage."
Dolly Parton will perform on The Voice on December 8th. She will sing ‘Coat of Many Colors’ to promote her TV movie of
the same name that is set to air on NBC on December 10th. Side note- JNett plays Dolly’s mom in the movie!!!!
Cassadee Pope will also return to The Voice the same night to perform.

Country is well represented in Rolling Stone’s 50 Best Albums of 2015.
Ashley Monroe’s The Blade lands at number-38, Mr. Misunderstood by Eric Church is number-27, and Chris Stapleton’s Traveller checks in at number-21. Kendrick Lamar lands at #1.
Kacey Mugraves will take her Country and Western Rhinestone Revue into 2016 with 11 new shows. She'll get
things started up again on January 21st in Dallas and wrap on March 5th in Kansas City, Missouri.
Luke Bryan will perform a medley of his hits in Times Square for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest.
He joins headliner Carrie Underwood and more.
The show begins at 8 p.m. on December 31st on ABC.

Jennifer Nettles hosts the CMA Country Christmas Thursday on ABC. The two-hour special will feature all-star performances byKelsea Ballerini, Dan and Shay, Brett Eldredge, Jewel, Charles Kelley, Martina McBride,
David Nail, Thomas Rhett, Darius Rucker and more.
Charles Kelley postponed the launch of The Driver tour, which was supposed to start over the weekend in Cleveland.
That show will be rescheduled for early 2016. A few other shows were also scratched. As of now, the trek will get under
way this week in New York with Maren Morris.
No explanation has been given for the cancellations.
Garth Brooks will take his iconic World Tour through Las Vegas next year and promises the show will be unlike anything
his fans have seen.
Trisha Yearwood will join him at the Las Vegas Arena July 2 through July 4 for four concerts, with more possibly to be added.
Garth says, “Vegas HAS to be different. The city, the venue and the people demand it. With the help of the city, itself, this
run of shows will be a ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ experience.”
According to a press release, Garth will “create artistic components for his performances utilizing the Las Vegas Arena’s
advanced production elements” for a completely new show. That makes me feel out of breath just thinking about it!

Dwight Yoakam is adding “producer” to his already lengthy resume. He has teamed up with Jack Black for a new sitcom.
Belles & Whistles is a comedy that follows an unfulfilled father who has been fired from a tech job in Silicon Valley. He moves
his family to Nashville, hoping to pursue his lifelong dream of being a musician.
The show is currently in production at Fox.
Miranda Lambert is the cover story of Cosmo’s January issue.
Inside, she gets real about life after split with Blake Shelton. She says, “Marriage is a tough business, and we gave it
our best college try.”
Miranda adds she’s not ready to date and re-marrying is not anywhere near her radar. “I had a great relationship with an amazing man, so I know what good is. I have a
great launching pad for the future. I will never take that for granted.”

Chris Young scores his seventh number-one on the Mediabase chart this week with “I’m Comin’ Over.” It’s the first number-one from his fifth studio album of the same name. The latest hit follows “Who I Am With You,” which hit number-one in July 2014.
