It's Garth Brooks with 162 million albums sold and his Double Live album is the eighth best-selling album ever, any genre- with over 23 million certified units sold. Garth has 7 albums total that have reached over 10 million in sales.

Coming in at #2 is George Strait 69.5 million and it's really not even close to be honest. He's released 30 albums in 50 years, and his best-seller is a box set called Strait Out of the Box, which has sold over 8 million copies.

Alabama, Shania Twain and Kenny Rogers round out the top 5.
