CMT Awards score big ratings...Luke Combs has a new album ready... The CMT Music Awards made an impressive major network debut on CBS with a 521% jump in viewership from last year’s show on CMT. Tish Cyrus has again filed for divorce from Billy Ray Cyrus.The couple, who have been married for 30 years, have done this before. Billy Ray filed in 2010, but dropped the case a few months later.
