Some CMT Award performers announced…
Miranda Lambert is getting into lullabies…

Carrie Underwood, Dan and Shay, Kane Brown, Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Bryan, Maren Morris and Thomas Rhett are the first round of performers announced for the CMT Music Awards. 
The show, hosted by Little Big Town, will air live from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on June 5th.

Miranda Lambert's biggest hits are being turned into lullabies for an album that comes out next month. 
Rockabye Baby! is a company that turns contemporary songs into soothing, sleep-inducing songs, will release Lullaby Renditions of Miranda Lambert on June 28th. Some of the songs to be included are Vice, Kerosene and Gunpowder and Lead. A team of music psychologists works on the recordings, so mom and dads don’t have to worry!

Last night, I cooked Lasagna Stuffed Chicken. I saw this video on social media and I knew I had to try it. It is low carb, but it looked so good. Trust me folks, I am sick of thinks made of cauliflower and I looking for any and all ideas to say on the straight and narrow, while still being satisfied.

I must say, this may be a personal favorite!!! Low carb, cheesy and easy to make! Even the Warren liked it! Here’s the recipe I found and followed…

Carrie Underwood’s son has his first crush…

Reba McEntire and Brooks and Dunn have added eight dates to their Las Vegas residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
The new dates are all in December. If you want to see the show sooner they will also be there in late June and early July for previously announced dates.

Carrie Underwood's son Isaiah has his first crush. The object of his this crush is his mom's tourmate, Maddie Marlow, who puts the Maddie in Maddie and Tae. 
Carrie posted on Twitter recently, "This morning my four-year-old, who hates wearing jeans, asked to wear jeans so he could 'look cute for Maddie.' He also asked me to fix his hair and to get him some flowers that he could give to her." Carrie, along with Maddie and Tae and Runaway June will stop in Cleveland in October.

In my quest to stay on the healthy eating track, I want to share two of my latest food finds!

Beanitos- white bean chips. They are 10 net carbs per serving and they help with my tortilla chip cravings. They are super delicious with salsa, guacamole or by themselves and they come in so many flavors, but you gotta like beans! 

Waterloo Sparkling Water- GAME CHANGER! Zero calories, sugars and sodium and it tastes amazzzinggg! I miss the fizziness of pop, and this the job done. Black Cherry is my person favorite flavor and this is a perfect substitute for club soda if you are looking to watch your calories if you are having an adult beverage!!! It just jazzes it up! (I buy both items at Acme Fresh Market.) 

Of course, I can admit a bag of Doritos and some pop are much better- but, these will do! Happy eating!
