Time for Boo at the Zoo!
Boo at the Zoo is officially a go at the Akron Zoo! It started this past weekend and will continue through October 27th.
This is so much fun for the whole family! Obviously you can go and see all the animals and exhibits, you and the kids can dress up, and you can trick-or-treat at 12 stops through out the zoo.
Boo at the Zoo happens every Saturday and Sunday through the 27th from 11am to 7pm. You can get all the details include ticket info at akronzoo.org.

Chris Stapleton is playing in Kentucky for a great reason…
There’s been a bump in country sales…
Chris Stapleton will headline A Concert for Kentucky to benefit his Outlaw State of Kind Hometown Fund.
The show at the University of Kentucky’s Kroger Field in Lexington on April 25th will also feature Willie Nelson and Family, Sheryl Crow and more.
Outlaw State of Kind Hometown Fund supports local and national organizations directly impacting Kentucky, with initial grants focusing on music and arts education.
Country stars alive and not whose stories are told in the Ken Burns Country Music series on PBS have experienced a spike in sales of their music.
Kathy Mattea, one of the many who has benefited from the series, recently said, “I’d been thinking to myself that this documentary was going to be great for country music, but I never thought about it in a personal way. Now I’m just a giggly little school girl. I’m 60 years old. To wake up with a couple things in the Top 40 is pretty funny.”
Other artists whose music has seen a sales bump from the documentary include Waylon Jennings, Patsy Cline, Willie Nelson and Emmylou Harris.

Dave & Busters in Canton to Open Next Month!
Dave & Busters is ready to open in Canton as part of Belden Village Mall. Things are getting real in Canton!
They will take over the second floor of the former Sears store, with Sears still remaining on the main level. Dave & Busters, full of video and arcade games, food and beverages- is set to open on November 4th.
The official sign went up earlier this week and excitement is high. Other restaurants and business are rumored to be coming into the east of the mall as well. Stay tuned.
