I think I have mentioned it here before. Many moons ago, I kinda fell onto my living room coffee table. After said day it was quite wobbly. Still managed to do its function but was just not as sturdy as it once had been. I have been meaning to replace it for some time now...and over the weekend I FINALLY did!
I went shopping at Abbey Ann's on Cuyahoga Falls Ave in Akron to see what they had. JACKPOT!!!! I found the table in the picture :). It is actually so much like what I had and other tables, that it fits perfectly! It has two leaves that can be put up or down (I have one of them up in the picture) and I am so happy with my purchase! Which btw, one of my couches and my love seat came from that same Abbey Ann's location! Originally I thought I was just going to trash the old table (upper right corner of the picture). My mom suggested that I put it out on my back porch, so we took it out there and...BINGO! PERFECT - found a new home for it too.
Always fun to go thrift shopping to look and see what you can find...and at a bargain too!
Good Morning America was at Progressive Field this morning for a segment on the best ballbark snacks in Cleveland. Watch below to see what the Cleveland Guardians and Slider are cooking up for fans to eat!

Everyone says to eat salmon, it's good for you! I have no doubt that's true! But cooking it, well that can be a challenge to make it taste good. So here you (we) go. Let's give this a go!
My oldest brother and his family are in town from Southern California and we are all getting together at my mom's this Sunday. My other older brother will be there as well, and hopefully my sister and her daughters can make it too.
If we are all there, it'll be the first time we've all been together since December. We are planning to do some swimming (my brother's littles are 6 and younger), so they'll love that. We will also have dinner and have to talk business about our vacation home :(. Still, it'll be nice to see everyone! You have a great weekend as well!!
Shark Week is Back...
I get the point Momoa is AquaMan. He is hosting. The commercial seems weird. More like he is Aq-ward Man.
Don't get me wrong, I love Shark Week, just think the promo could have been more shark, less shark symphony.
Chris Stapleton made a post on social media the other day that seemed to be hinting at new music, but with no caption it left everyone guessing...
At midnight, he announced his fifth studio album Higher will be released on November 10th and announced his new single "White Horse"! The first single from the new album was co-written by Chris Stapleton and Dan Wilson of Semisonic. Click here to pre-save the new album and take a listen to the new single below!
