Sarah Kay
Sarah is the Co-host on Scott and Sarah in the Morning on 94.9 WQMX in Akron, Ohio. She was born and raised in Northeast, Ohio. She has been in the radio business since 2004 and been part of the WQMX team since 2008. Sarah graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and always knew she wanted to be on the radio.
With her love of country music, she became a part of the Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music in 2015. Scott and Sarah in the Morning has been nominated for multiple CMA & ACM Medium Market Personality of the Year Awards, while the station was nominated and won an ACM for Medium Market Station of the Year in 2016.
Sarah loves the color pink, the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland sports, spending time with family and friends and by far her most favorite country artist is Sugarland! She loves expressing herself with fun hats and head gear, so if you see her out and about with a cupcake or ice cream hat on- that’s just Sarah.

I hope all the moms had the best Mother's Day yesterday! Moms are special, and our mom is super special! We took her to lunch, we went shopping and for coffee on Front Street in the Falls. She has never been there to see all the new construction they have done there. It is just nice to spend time together- and isn't that the point. Moms are special. Love ya!
Last night we celebrated the 2 year anniversary of White Claw Wednesday! It began with a White Clawrita- a frozen maragrita with Lime White Claw. Our Ice Cream Crawl continued this past weekend! This time we stopped at Almost Heaven in Canton. They have two other locations- Alliance and Hartville with another coming in Canal Fulton. This is already a family favorite in our house, so we knew it had to be included in the judging. It was delicious and I highlyyyyyy recommend every single thing! The Canton store is on Middlebranch near Easton in Canton.

Saturday I had to pleasure of visiting the Tractor Supply in Massillon for their Grand Re-Opening. We joke all the time and day that everyone listens in Massillon, but it is pretty much the truth!
