Father's Day is Sunday. We say this all the time on the show- don't forget about dad!!!

My dad is one of kind. One of the best. To me and my sister he is the best. He is funny, he is humble, he knows pretty much everything, he is a shoulder to cry on, he the best listener, he has always known what to say to make us feel better no matter the issue, he really is our calm. He knows what he likes and what he doesn't. He loves history, crossword puzzles, dark chocolate and me! HAHAHA!

In alllll seriousness, I make it no secret that I adore my parents. I look at my dad and thank my lucky stars that he's mine. Growing up, I just liked being around him. Riding in the car going anywhere and everywhere, watching him trim bushes, sitting on the porch with him- I just liked being around him. He's a cool dude. Have I mentioned he's funny?!

I have so many examples of his unique sense of humor throughout my life- some examples got me in trouble in school, many got me eye rolls from family and friends. Here's one of my all time favorites. He told me this joke when I was planning my wedding:

2 antennas got married. The wedding was ok, but the reception was was great!

Yeah, after I was done laughing- I put the joke on my wedding program. It was a huge hit!!!!!
