Sarah Kay Cooks: Easy Egg Bake

Easy Egg Bake:
6 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
(you can add sausage or kielbasa if you would like- just cut up you desired amount)
Preheat oven to 350F and grease a glass/ceramic 9-inch pie pan or a medium corning ware or casserole dish.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, cream, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over meat (if you add any.)
Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until the center is set and the cheese is melted.
Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Top with sour cream, hot sauce if desired. (I add sour cream and hot sauce!)
