Thank you to Jubilee Donuts for dropping off the Paczkis this morning! As you may know, these delicious pastries are consumed this time of year before Lent. It is a Polish donut filled with fruity jellies or custard and fried and then topped with either powdered sugar or a glaze. The jelly flavors can include raspberry, blueberry, apple, chocolate, strawberry, lemon and apricot- then there's creme and custard too!

Paczki Day is usually celebrated on Fat Tuesday or on the Thursday before Ash Wednesday in a way to induldge before the Lenten season- so indulge!
