Over the long Labor Day weekend, I went up to Port Clinton/ Catawba Island with some family and friends. We stayed at an Air BnB and made the trek over to Put In Bay for a day. I have been to Put In Bay many times and it is always a good time. This time around we spent some time on Catawba Island at the wineries and breweries.

On Saturday, we watched the OSU game and spent all day at Twin Oast Brewery. It as so much fun. They have a huge TV set up on a huge lawn. You can bring your own chairs and just enjoy. They have beer, wine and white claws, and the food was delicious. The property is beautiful. The patio was amazing and they have a waterfall and just and absolutely amazing area to hang out and enjoy your time. The inside is set up nice with big tables and they even provide board games. We moved the party inside and found ourselves playing all kinds of fun games!

We have this gem of lake not far from us with these great islands and I do go to Put In Bay every year, but I forget about the great wineries and breweries that surround it. I won’t forget anymore!
