Dancing With the Stars announced their 28th season yesterday. In full disclosure, I am not sure the last time I watched an entire episode. I try to keep up on who is on the show and who wins, but sometimes I am all- who are these people?

This year’s ‘stars’, in my opinion are not bad in the sense of their celebrity. I have heard of a bunch of them! Ha! And, this time around we have a country singer in the mix, so I am invested. Lauren Alaina will be putting on her dancing shoes this season. She is no stranger to reality competition shows, as she took second place on American Idol behind Scotty McCreery back in the day.

Some of the other stars include Lamar Odom, James Van Der Beek, Christie Brinkley, and Ray Lewis.
I may have to tune in to see how Lauren does and she certainly has the personality and puns to do well! The new season of DWTS begins on September 16th.
