I had the biggest craving for Cabbage and Noodles with Kielbasa, so yesterday I went for it. With some advice from my friends, some trial and error, a dash of guessing- it all turned out so good!

I cut up one head of cabbage, some onions, put in a half a stick of butter, some garlic powder, salt and pepper and let it cook. Then I added my kielbasa, more butter and then egg noodles once the other mixture was cooked and seasoned to my liking. I made a separate batch for me with lentil noodles for a lower carb recipe.

I was so impressed with how well it turned out! Leftovers for days!
