Today is Spaghetti Day and it got me to thinking about pasta! Naturally!

It is all about the shape for me. How the sauce gets into the shape, the cheese all the flavors and, for me that makes the dish more enjoyable.

With a Penne, Rotini or Farfalle you have secret chambers for stuff to get into. Haha!
