The 3rd Annual WQMX 5Kay... is fast approaching on October 9th!

The 5Kay run and 1 mile walk is happening at Forever Fitness 24, 1500 Canton Rd in Akron. This year we will have the photo booth, food- as in popcorn, energizing teas, beverages- as in beer, hard seltzers and more, yes the running and walking- oh and it is all for a great cause!!

Net proceeds benefit the WQMX Bosom Buddies Charity that helps provide free mammograms for those in our community who can't afford them.

I'll be there, still mastering my gentle jogging- aka walking!
