CMT Music Awards performers announced...
Thomas Rhett talks inspiration...

The first round of performers has been announced for the CMT Music Awards. Kelsea Ballerini, Kane Brown, Old Dominion, Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd, Carly Pearce, Cole Swindell  and Lainey Wilson and Keith Urban 
The awards will air live from Nashville on April 11th on CBS and Paramount Plus.

Thomas Rhett took about eight months off from writing in 2019 because he was having trouble coming up with ideas for songs. But he only had to look as far as his own family to find inspiration. 
He said, "You just hang out with kids for 20 minutes and they're coming up with ways to have fun. My creativity was resparked by them."
Thomas will release his sixth studio album,  Where We Started, on April 1st.
