Charley Pride is getting a biopic...

1883, the streaming series starring Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, posted huge tune-in numbers for Paramount Plus. 
The series debut on Sunday shattered records which made 1883 the biggest new series premiere on cable since 2015.

A bio-pic on the life of the late Charley Pride is being produced by Dennis Quaid.
Dennis will play Cowboy Jack Clement, who wrote and recorded with Charley. No word on who will play Charley.
