A gallon of water a day, keeps the doctor away?! Sure! They say you should take your body weight, divide it in half and that in ounces is how much water you should be drinking in a day. For example, if you weigh 200 pounds, you should drink 100 ounces of water a day. Well, there are 128 ounces in a gallon. I can handle that.

These “motivational” gallon water bottles are everywhere. The Kardashians have them, I see them all over the place, and yes they motivated me! I need more water in my life, so I bought one on Amazon. I am ready to give it a go and see how I feel.
