It all started Wednesday last week. I started feeling like my allergies were beginning to bother me. At the same time, it felt like a cold. Wednesday I was having trouble talking without getting the feeling like I had to cough up a hairball the size of an adult cat!!! Then, later that afternoon and evening I started noticing signs that made me think it might be a cold or the flu as well - so I took the rest of the week to get better. I started taking cold meds to help, which with my regular medications just KNOCKED ME OUT!

I slept most of Thursday, half of Friday, but then couldn't sleep at all Friday into Saturday morning!!! I FINALLY fell asleep about noon on Saturday after being up since sometime Friday afternoon. I slept until about 6:30 that evening which really disappointed me. I was planning to be at the Dusty and the Rubber Ducks game with all of you Saturday night - but I just about slept through all of it thanks to cold medicine...ugh!

I'm feeling better now. Off the cold meds and just dealing with a nose I can't catch! That feels like allergies which I hope go away soon!!!!! Rain please!!

Hot Country Knights

We all know Lainey Wilson was at The Dusty in early '23...

Dierks opens up the Summer '23 Blossom Concert Season on June 3rd...

But their alter-ego's Doug Douglason and Darla McFarland have joined forces for something that could be pretty "Big".

You can get the full run down of what to expect from the new Hot Country Knights Album by Clicking Here.

Reminds me of Hot Country Knights previous song Asphalt.  Definitely sticks with a theme that fits Darla.

Previously On....

I've been catching up on Gray's Anatomys spin-off show, Private Practice. I was watching both shows at different speeds for a while but I got to a point where I was wayyyyy ahead with Grays and when they did a crossover with Private Practice so much had changed with those characters. So now I'm catching up so I'm up to speed on everything and everyone, and it's been quite a ride. If you're a Gray's fan and you don't know about this lovely series, Private Practice follows Dr. Addision Montgomery after she leaves Seattle-Grace to join a private practice in LA. It's got all of the medical drama from Gray's as well as new characters to love. As much as I enjoy it, I am excited to start watching Gray's again when I catch up!
