Boston Mills & Brandywine to be purchased by Vail Resorts

Boston Mills/Brandywine will likely be under new ownership as early as this Fall. The $264 Million acquisition by Vail Resorts will include 17 Peak Resorts properties, which includes Boston Mills, Brandywine and Alpine Valley in Northeast Ohio, as well as one in Zanesville.
