Forgive – Forgiveness isn’t so much for the person who wronged you, but for you to relieve yourself of the burden of carrying around all that anger and resentment.
Smile – Not only does smiling physiologically make you feel better, it makes the people around you happier and more comfortable.
- Create your future – Don’t let your past dictate your future. People come from all kinds of terrible backgrounds, but they can still be destined for great things.
