Foods That are Healtheir Than You Think

Here’s a rundown of some foods that you should make a part of your diet now because they’re actually healthier than you think:
  • Spaghetti and Meatballs – The ground beef has iron and protein, the tomato sauce gives you antioxidants, and the pasta gives you energy. As long as you limit yourself to three ounces of meat and a cup of whole-wheat pasta, you’re in good shape.
      
  • Peanut Butter – While peanut butter does contain fat, you’re also getting protein, fiber, and vitamin E.
       
  • Burritos – Burritos can be a healthy choice when filled with vegetables, rice, beans, and just a little meat. Just lay off the sour cream and cheese to keep the calories and fat in check.
      
  • Eggs - Eggs do contain some cholesterol, but you can eat up to two eggs per day without messing up your cholesterol levels. (FoodNetwork.com)
