Eric Church has stepped up to help those in need close to home and abroad. 

His Chief Cares Foundation, which he co-founded with his wife Katherine, has come to the aid of six townships in Haiti suffering the devastation left

over from Hurricane Matthew. 

The foundation also recently awarded $1 million -- its largest donation to date -- to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation in honor of his mother,Rita Church

who has Type 1 diabetes. 


Jennifer Nettles is set to host the CMA Country Christmas show for the seventh time. 

The two-hour show will tape in front of a live studio audience on November 8th at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville and will air on November 28th on ABC. 

Performers forCMA Country Christmas will be announced soon.

The Songwriters Hall of Fame has announced its nominees for induction in the Class of 2017. 

Vince Gill is the only country artist nominated for the honor. Other possible inductees include MadonnaGloria Estefan

Jay-Z and Bryan Adams.The Songwriters Hall of Fame is dedicated to recognizing the work and lives of those composers and lyricists who 

create music around the world.


Kane Brown has revealed the title, release date, and tracks for his upcoming debut album.

His self-titled debut album is set for release on Dec. 2 and will feature 11 songs. Kane contributed heavily to the songwriting on the album, and the tracks also feature 

contributions from Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley from Florida Georgia Line, Chris Young and more of the other top songwriters in Nashville.

Luke Bryan had to make a trip to the hospital recently for surgery to repair his broken clavicle after a biking accident last week. He let fans that he is doing okay with a 

photo of his now-mended clavicle after getting treatment. The photo was a picture of an x-ray. Fear not, Luke is back at it already returning to the road for his Farm Tour and 

his sexy S moves.
