Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday of the year. It's all that's good in any holiday. It's just a day of the four F's! Family, food, football and fun! But maybe the bigger picture is, that few holidays are as pure and provide as much perspective as Thanksgiving.

According to a new British study, beer doesn’t make you fat. Not only that, the scientists confirmed – once again – that beer has certain nutritional benefits such as vitamins, fiber and antioxidants.
Lead researcher Kathryn O’Sullivan explains, “Beer drinking has become regarded by many as a vice and not a component of a healthy balanced lifestyle. But this is contrary to the latest scientific evidence.”
So, tip back a cold frosty without fear that it’s going straight to your gut.
