At sundown tonight, Good Friday, many are suggesting to practice a National Day of  Unplugging (for 4 years it has been celebrated on March 1st) But for Easter weekend, the suggestion is to not  use computers, smart phones, tablets or TVs for 24 hours beginning at sundown today. Embrace the ancient beauty of a day of rest. Re-connect with your family and friends face-to-face.

Think about this if you need motivation: If you respond to the beep, ping, rattle and shake of your gadgets, You may be suffering from digital distress -- or maybe even a case of  digital addiction -- and you might be in need of a digital purge.
