It’s easy to look at a slim woman and just assume that she spends many hours dieting and in the gym to maintain her physique. But the truth is there are plenty of simple behaviors that skinny people have that help them stay that way. Try out some of these lazy ways to keep yourself thin:
Eat until you feel satisfied not full.
Make sure half of your plate is filled with veggies.
When ordering out, always pick the smallest size.
When dining out, leave 1/4 of your food on your plate.
Drink lots of water.
Don’t skip breakfast.
